Refund policy

All of our products are handmade and custom-made to order. Because of the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

Custom marble sinks, vanities, fireplaces, bathtubs, tables, and other made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Natural stone is a unique material. Variations in veining, color, texture, and pattern are normal characteristics of marble and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for verifying all dimensions, specifications, and installation requirements before placing an order.
