By accessing and placing an order with Vero Marble, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All marble sinks, vanities, fireplaces, bathtubs, tables, and other stone products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern are natural and should be expected.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and additional fees may apply depending on the delivery location.

Production & Lead Times

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guideline only. Delays caused by weather, customs, freight carriers, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Order Changes

Changes to an order must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access and accurate shipping information. Any additional delivery fees due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Marble and natural stone products contain natural variations. No two pieces are identical. Variations in veining, movement, texture, fossils, and color are not defects.

Limitation of Liability

Vero Marble shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Vero Marble is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance.
